Do you provide international delivery?

 

Unfortunately not, Bartocci only ships orders inside of the United States.

What if I damage my order?

 

If your order is damaged within 30 days of the original purchase, you are eligible for a complimentary pair. If this occurs outside of the 30-day window, you are eligible for a discount on another pair.

How do I return an item?

 

In order to return a purchase, you must mail the order back to the original address. Once it is received, we will proceed to file a return. It may take 1-2 days for your return to process.

What is your return policy?

 

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the original date of arrival. Products must be in the original box and/or packaging.

How can I track my order?

 

Upon receiving a confirmation email, you will be provided with shipping information and estimated times of arrival.

How long do orders typically take to deliver?

 

Orders vary in length depending on where your current residence is. The average delivery time is estimated to be around 3 days. However, cross-country orders can take up to a week.
